  Organised at the charming and practical Cabourg Racecourse, the afternoon of the 2005 Summer Sale, presented the opportunity to acquire proven broodmares and yearlings, and then in the evening 2 year olds that had been seen breeze up, filmed and timed, that morning from 10am.

Breeding Stock and Horses in Training.

The Summer Sale has become an unquestionable event for highly regarded part Dispersal and also take the opportunity to sell horses that have proven themselves over the spring. The competition results of those sold are remarkable when one considers the likes of: LOULOU JET 1’13 and 266 200 €, NOMADE DE VRIE 1’12 and 83 920 €, JACK L’EVENTREUR 1’14 and 300 599 € , MARATHON MAN 1’14 and 131 850 € and also MEDOC 1’14 and 105 950 €.

Two Year-old Breeze-Ups

Organised for the first time in 2003, the 2 year-old session allows access to classic performing colts. Having been in training since the spring, around 50 colts and fillies are retained with a veterinary certificate in this sale where a large selection are put forward already qualified.

These youngsters are put through a piece of good work that is filmed and timed, the morning of the sale. This is then replayed continuously throughout the day before the beginning of the session which takes place under the form of a dinner-sale.
